Mark Cummins founded Synwave with a clear vision: to create a communications and tech platform that grows with the user, adapts to the mission, and delivers more capability—at a lower cost—than traditional market options. With deep experience in defense operations, disaster response, and technical systems integration, Mark saw firsthand how unreliable or inaccessible technology can hold back critical missions.

Danita Cummins brought her background in strategic leadership, government consulting, and nonprofit growth to help shape Synwave into a company that not only builds reliable tools—but helps teams plan, grow, and lead with clarity.

Together, they built Synwave to be more than a vendor—it’s a partner in the mission.
